Are you ready to start your search?

We will qualify your interest, ensuring that we ask the right questions to extract the information that we need to assist you with your search. 

Offer Accepted

A one week holding deposit is required to withdraw the property from the market and proceed with referencing. Along with a formal reference report carried out by our third party referencing company, Van Mildert, we require a copy of your passport, a bank statement, and a utility bill.

On the completion of references, contracts will be issued, and on the signing of the agreement cleared funds are due, along with proof of standing order.

Home sweet home

Provided that all payments, documents and references are in order, we will meet you at your property on the day of move-in for hand over.

You will need to inform your utility providers that you have moved into the property and ensure that all accounts are transferred into your name as quickly as possible.

A copy of the inventory check-in report will be sent to you (usually by email) shortly after move-in. Should you have any comments or questions, they should be raised as soon as possible after receipt.

What if I need help during my tenancy?

If your property is managed by us please feel free to contact us at any time to discuss any questions or problems you may have.

If your property is managed by the landlord, you should contact them directly for any maintenance issues. For any questions regarding tenancy agreements, break clauses, payments or renewals, please contact us directly.


Fees

  • The initial holding Deposit is one week’s rent which will be offset against your final balance

  • Payment of £50.00 for any contractual amendments

  • Payment of interest on any late rent payments is fixed at a rate of 3 %

  • Payment to be confirmed with a receipt from the relevant contractor for the reasonably incurred costs for the loss of keys/security devices
